"My first time in a gym since I gained all the weight, this
workout really showed me how fat and out of shape I am
now, I am so unfit it's kind of scary !
Half the exercise machines I can't even use because
of my huge belly, on the treadmill and cross trainer it
slaps on my thighs and on the bike I can't even get my
knees up because of how much it hangs down, seeing
how much I jiggle and how out of breath I get is so
embarrassing, I used to jog and go to the gym
everyday and now I struggle to even do a sit up :("
